Au Japon, nous utilisons autant de sauce soja que de sel, c'est-\u00e0-dire que vous pouvez l'utiliser pour presque tout dans votre cuisine quotidienne. La sauce soja n'est pas seulement sal\u00e9e, elle est \u00e9galement riche en umami, ce qui lui permet de rehausser n'importe quel plat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour profiter des bienfaits de notre shoyu non pasteuris\u00e9, il suffit d'en ajouter quelques gouttes aux viandes grill\u00e9es, aux l\u00e9gumes ou aux sashimis. Ma vinaigrette pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e est un m\u00e9lange de sauce soja, de vinaigre balsamique et d'huile d'olive. C'est un vrai d\u00e9lice.<br><br>Si le miso rouge est c\u00e9l\u00e8bre pour la pr\u00e9paration de la soupe miso, il existe des milliers d'autres recettes \u00e0 base de miso au Japon.
