Made with rare White Lentils of Saint Flour region and quinoa from Anjou, this double fermented shoyu has refined taste.
All of our shoyu are non-pasteurized, leaving the complexity of delicate and refined aromas and flavors intact. Add just a few drops before serving. Keep refrigerated at all times.
