Orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within one week, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). In exceptional cases, the delay will be communicated by email.

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the parcel. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Rest of the world
For delivery to the rest of the world: contact us for a customized quote. You are responsible for any administrative or customs charges.
