At La Maison du Koji, we are passionate about promoting the traditional methods of koji fermentation. Our workshops are a hands-on way to learn about its history, production, and various uses in cooking.

Each of our courses are designed for you to gain an experiential and sensorial understanding of koji fermentation and koji products.
