Shiso Miso

Our seasonal limited edition, available from September while supplies last.
We slice 20 leaves of home grown shiso into our Hokkaido miso and home made mirin, which adds a hint of sweetness. The result is an unforgettable experience.

Use it as a condiment like you would a mustard to enhance the flavor of roasted chicken, sashimi, or grilled meat. Also a wonderful filling for onigiri.
