A marriage between Auvergne and Occitane, this shoyu is made by combining rare and old variety of legume and cereal of our region. They are grown in small organic farms.
All of our shoyu are non-pasteurized, leaving the complexity of delicate and refined aromas and flavors intact. Add just a few drops before serving. Keep refrigerated at all times.
