Shoyu of Soy and Poulard Wheat of Auvergne

Our classic soy sauce for 2024, made with organic soy beans and organic wheat of Poulard (an old variety of wheat in Auvergne), salt of Guérande and pure source water from the mountains of Mont Dore.

All of our shoyu are non-pasteurized, leaving the complexity of delicate and refined aromas and flavors intact. Add just a few drops before serving. Keep refrigerated at all times.
