White Miso of Planeze Peas

Our white miso series is one of the hallmarks of our maison. It is a true luxury product made with an unusual amount of koji and very little salt, making it extremely versatile. It can be used in a marinade mixture for Saikyo-yaki or in various sauces and dressings. Mixing it with oil or mayonnaise makes it an excellent dip for vegetables and sandwiches. It can also be used in desserts.

Because the product is very fragile, it is shipped in a vacuum pack.
Always keep refrigerated. Recommended usage within 3 months after opening.
