La Maison du KOJI is the exclusive distributor of Mi-so-ra-do’s Yuzu-kosho made with naturally grown yuzu of Shimanto in Kochi prefecture. It is an ultra-luxury yuzu-kosho made by hand using only the most outer green part of the zest of yuzu, green hot pepper, and sea salt.
You need just a pinch of Yuzu Kosho and a few drops of our shoyu to season grilled fish or meat.
